Kirsten Moser was born and raised in Washington state, where she went to college and met her husband. For the last 21 years Kirsten’s family has had the opportunity to live in several places across the U.S. and Europe thanks to the Army, but they always seem to be brought back to the Richmond area which Kirsten and her family have grown to love.

She has a customer service background, having worked over 10 years in banking.  After that, she took years off to raise her son and daughter while volunteering in their schools and the communities they lived in.  Now that Kirsten’s children are grown, she has decided to pursue her love for Real Estate.  She has been through the process of purchasing and renting out her own home, and would love to help others fulfill their dreams of home ownership.  Kirsten would love to make the process of buying a home as easy as possible for everyone.

Adriana Duarte is a realtor and a seasoned loan officer with 14 years of experience in the industry, known for her expertise and dedication. Fluent in Spanish, she effectively serves a diverse clientele while balancing her role as a devoted mother of three.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Adriana hosts a radio show, where she engages with the community and shares valuable insights. Her commitment extends beyond her career, as she actively contributes to community initiatives, making a positive impact on those around her.

For Aliyah Real Estate is her hobby, her passion and her specialty. She’s had personal experiences in Real Estate as a buyer, seller and building her current home. She can relate and share her knowledge and experience with her clients/friends.

She has spent over a year as Kristin Wood’s buyer specialist and in April of 2022 she was promoted to Kristin & Co.’s very first TEAM LEAD with her personal designated parking spot! She’s an avid shopper, world traveler and BadAss Realtor.

Jaeleen Peterson works as a receptionist here at Kristin & Co. Her hobbies include makeup, being with her dog Kai, hanging out with her friends, and eating. She grew up moving around many homes, due to her father being in the military her whole life. She’s half German and has lived most of her life in Germany,.

Currently, she’s a full-time student at Virginia State University with a GPA of 4.0. She’s majoring in psychology and pursuing a career in real estate where she’s on her way to become an agent at Kristin & Co.

Her goal is to help young people make the best financial decisions of their lives. Our team of agents are full of passion, inspiring, and admirable people, who you can trust with your life and your home.

I was born and raised in Arizona, where I married my high school sweetheart. I went to Arizona State University and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. My husband joined the Air Force which moved us to Northern California for a few years before receiving orders to the Richmond  area. We have a beautiful two year old daughter who keeps us on our toes and is our driving factor for wanting to succeed in both of our careers.

The real estate world has quickly become a passion of mine after purchasing our first home when we moved to Virginia a couple years ago. Being able to work for a Real Estate Team that is so passionate about helping the military community has been the greatest experience for me.  I look forward to working with the Real Estate Agents on this team every single day and I love supporting them as they help their clients find HOME here in the greater Richmond area.
