Stacy was born in Charlotte, NC, She’s lived (mostly) in Chester since just before her 4th birthday. She’s watched the little Village of Chester grow to the thriving community it is today.

For many years, she was a full-time mom to her 4 amazing kids and once they were older, she started a Jewelry business selling at the local Farmer Markets and other venues. She’s still an avid crafter in her free time but it’s gone back to being simply fun! Nowadays, she has put that passion into Real Estate. Nothing makes her happier more than helping people find their dream home.

For Aliyah Real Estate is her hobby, her passion and her specialty. She’s had personal experiences in Real Estate as a buyer, seller and building her current home. She can relate and share her knowledge and experience with her clients/friends.

Kirsten Moser was born and raised in Washington state, where she went to college and met her husband. For the last 21 years Kirsten’s family has had the opportunity to live in several places across the U.S. and Europe thanks to the Army, but they always seem to be brought back to the Richmond area which Kirsten and her family have grown to love.

She has a customer service background, having worked over 10 years in banking.  After that, she took years off to raise her son and daughter while volunteering in their schools and the communities they lived in.  Now that Kirsten’s children are grown, she has decided to pursue her love for Real Estate.  She has been through the process of purchasing and renting out her own home, and would love to help others fulfill their dreams of home ownership.  Kirsten would love to make the process of buying a home as easy as possible for everyone.

Heather Lamb is a Virginia Licensed real estate independent agent with The Kristin and Co. Team. Heather moved to VA right out of college and has lived in the Charlottesville/ Staunton / Harrisonburg area for 19 years and possesses unparalleled knowledge of the local market.

As a military spouse of 16 years and a dedicated mother of two boys, Heather understands the unique needs and challenges of military families and the importance of finding a perfect home. Anne, a lifelong resident of Hanover County, has cultivated a deep passion for real estate over many years and across various roles. As a retired Title and Settlement Agent, she brings extensive expertise to every real estate transaction.

Adriana Duarte is a realtor and a seasoned loan officer with 14 years of experience in the industry, known for her expertise and dedication. Fluent in Spanish, she effectively serves a diverse clientele while balancing her role as a devoted mother of three.

Jaeleen Peterson works as a receptionist here at Kristin & Co. Her hobbies include makeup, being with her dog Kai, hanging out with her friends, and eating. She grew up moving around many homes, due to her father being in the military her whole life. She’s half German and has lived most of her life in Germany,.

Currently, she’s a full-time student at Virginia State University with a GPA of 4.0. She’s majoring in psychology and pursuing a career in real estate where she’s on her way to become an agent at Kristin & Co.

I was born and raised in Arizona, where I married my high school sweetheart. I went to Arizona State University and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. My husband joined the Air Force which moved us to Northern California for a few years before receiving orders to the Richmond  area. We have a beautiful two year old daughter who keeps us on our toes and is our driving factor for wanting to succeed in both of our careers.

The real estate world has quickly become a passion of mine after purchasing our first home when we moved to Virginia a couple years ago.
