After 22 years of service in the U.S. Coast Guard, retiring as Chief Warrant Officer (CWO2), service remains at the core of who I am. My career was built on leadership, global operations, and working alongside multiple agencies where trust, precision, and communication were non-negotiable.

Based in Fort Lee, Virginia, Xiomara “Xo” Wilson proudly serves the base and surrounding communities with a focus on helping military families make confident moves. As a licensed Realtor® in Virginia and North Carolina, Active-Duty military spouse and mom of five, Xo combines deep local market knowledge with a personalized, relationship-first approach.

Drawing from her 14+ year background in property management and affordable housing compliance, she understands the details that make every transaction smooth from start to finish. Xo holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration,  with a minor in accounting, deepening her understanding in the big picture bottom line, and providing a professional experience. Her clients appreciate her honesty, calm communication style, and commitment to making each relocation feel like a fresh start rather than just another move.

I am a Virginia native who takes pride in, and understands the value of, our community. I was a middle school teacher for 20 years, previously, and taught Technology Education.

Jaeleen Peterson works as a receptionist here at Kristin & Co. Her hobbies include makeup, being with her dog Kai, hanging out with her friends, and eating. She grew up moving around many homes, due to her father being in the military her whole life. She’s half German and has lived most of her life in Germany,.

Currently, she’s a full-time student at Virginia State University with a GPA of 4.0. She’s majoring in psychology and pursuing a career in real estate where she’s on her way to become an agent at Kristin & Co.

I was born and raised in Arizona, where I married my high school sweetheart. I went to Arizona State University and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. My husband joined the Air Force which moved us to Northern California for a few years before receiving orders to the Richmond  area. We have a beautiful two year old daughter who keeps us on our toes and is our driving factor for wanting to succeed in both of our careers.

The real estate world has quickly become a passion of mine after purchasing our first home when we moved to Virginia a couple years ago. Being able to work for a Real Estate Team that is so passionate about helping the military community has been the greatest experience for me.  I look forward to working with the Real Estate Agents on this team every single day and I love supporting them as they help their clients find HOME here in the greater Richmond area.
