-Full Accounting, statements and direct deposits

-Full tenant screening for background, collections, evictions, credit and rental history

When a qualified tenant is found, the lease is signed, and a move-in condition assessment of the rental property is conducted with the approved tenant.

During lease signing, the tenant also receives an important information pack digitally that will help preserve the value of your property. The tenant will also pay all rent, deposits, and any fees in accordance with local legal and financial regulations through their online account.
